Debating has defined who I am and has shaped the way I understand the world around me. To that end, I am incredibly grateful to the Indian Schools Debating Society. Over the years, ISDS has established a thriving culture of dialogue and discussion across the country. It has resolutely endorsed the role debating can play as a part of a mainstream model of education, ensuring that this culture is actively supported by parents, teachers, schools, universities and businesses, creating an inspiringly inclusive institution and a systemic change in thinking.
World Schools Debating Championships truly empowers and I cannot be more thankful to ISDS for enabling this experience for me and countless young debaters in the country.
